What Shall We Do?

The Word of God in its intent, pierces to the deepest recesses of man's heart, and exposes his very desires and intentions. The gospel's truth rends its listener in two, that it might heal all the more powerfully with sovereign grace. In this portion of Acts, a burdened crowd under the apostle Peter's preaching, has come to the end of themselves and desperately looks for a merciful intervention. Alex Russell

Alex Russell is the associate pastor at Fairview Baptist church. Raised in Drumheller for most of his life, Alex moved to Calgary as an adult with his wife Erika, where they both came to know Christ. They joined the body at Fairview in 2018. There, Alex began to train in ministry alongside Pastor Tim and pursue seminary studies at Reformed Baptist Seminary. He became an associate pastor in the winter of 2021. He and his wife Erika are blessed with three children.
