Glorifying God in Marriage to an Unbeliever

How can one glorify God in their body when they are married to an unbeliever? Doubtless many Corinthians found themselves after their conversion difficult to live peaceably with their unbelieving spouse. Is divorce an option? What about holiness and purity? Wouldn't an unbelieving spouse profane or defile the home?

This passage gives gospel power to a difficult situation.



1 Corinthians

The book of 1 Corinthians was written to a troubled yet gifted church. Paul, an apostle of God, through the inspiration of the Spirit addresses a number of issues that are so relevant to today's church. He address divisions, the Lord's supper, the importance of the resurrection, sexual immorality, marriage, spiritual gifts, and much more. He applies the gospel to each issue. Certainly we need to listen to God's word as these issues are addressed.
