Also, during the presentation a number of evidences against these LGBTQ policies that are not factored into these guidelines or told to the children are listed here:
- American Psychiatric Association (APA) continues to list transgenderism or more accurately gender dysphoria as a psychiatric disorder.
- Dr. Ken Zucker, while clinical lead at the Gender Identity Service of Toronto’s Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, helped many families treat their children’s gender identity disorder, also known as gender dysphoria. (see here)
- John Hopkins University, the first institution in the US to do gender reassignment surgery has now stopped the practice. They have deemed in harmful and resulting in numerous suicides. They now advise people to learn to embrace their actual gender. (see here)
- In cities and schools and shelters where these kind of policies have been put in place there have been accounts of assault and voyeurism. (example)
- In response, the “bathroom bill” as so it’s called has been repealed in Houston and similar action is happening in California. (see here)
- Most children who experience gender confusion (used to be called Tom girls) grow out of it. They now encourage them to remain in it. (see here)
- Medical services like giving blood, stem cells, bone marrow refuse to allow homosexuals to donate because of risk of diseases like HIV. (see here)
- Speaking of HIV, there is a high risk among homosexual men. You don’t hear about this today.
- For transgenderism, medically and genetically, scientifically, every single cell in your body is either male or female.
- Multiple studies of genetically identical twins have proven that neither gender dysphoria or homosexuality is genetic. Numerous cases of twins where one has homosexual desires and the other does not demonstrates this.
- Bill 10 and this policy stand in contradiction to Article 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which states that “Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.”
- Bill 10 and this policy stand in contradiction to Article 18.4 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights which requires government to respect “the liberty of parents…to ensure the religion and moral education of their children is in conformity with their own convictions.”
- In March 2015, the Supreme Court upheld parental rights in education in the case Loyola vs. Quebec where Quebec wanted all schools, including Catholic to teach their ethics and religious culture program.
- Finally, the "American College of Pediatricians urges educators and legislators to reject all policies that condition children to accept as normal a life of chemical and surgical impersonation of the opposite sex. Facts – not ideology – determine reality." See their full listing of reasons here.
